Cancellation Policy

Cyclo operates a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booked session at least 12 hours in advance, your credit will be refunded. Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class) will result in the loss of your credit.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to cancel your bike within the cancellation window and do not attend your scheduled ride, your class credit will be lost.

To cancel, simply use your account on the app or our website. If you're unable to make it, let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@cyclostudiobasel.com.
